I have been self-employed for almost 20 years and have always had to provide
health insurance for myself and then for my wife and kids. I went a few years on
group health coverage through Anthem Blue Cross, and I had many different types
of individual / family medical plans over the years. I've had HSA's, HMO's,
EPO's, PPO's and who knows how many other types of health insurance plans. I've
paid $1000 a month for coverage and under a $100 a month when I just insured

After my son started college at UCLA, he told me, "Dad, my roommate told me to

As a young adult I am a relatively healthy person. I have always opted out of
health insurance through my work, figured I could use that money on something I
would actually use. I do not get sick or do any major daredevil activities that
would cause me serious bodily harm. Then a buddy of mine came down with a cold.
He still played hard and the cold turned into pneumonia. He was extremely sick
and had to be hospitalized for several days. His final hospital bill was huge! I

The best part of my Tonik Health Insurance plan is I get some dental coverage. I
can visit my dentist twice a year and keep my teeth super clean and healthy. I
only have to pay a small co-pay to my dentist at each visit. Vision care is an
option I have as well. My peepers are just fine, but I want to make sure they
stay that way. If it turns out I need glasses or contacts, the insurance will
help cover some of the cost.
The insurance is real, it is a branch of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield
insurance giant that has been around for 65 years. The rates are low because
this specialized insurance is designed for people between the ages of 19 and 29.
The plans cover emergency room visits, surgeries, and prescription medications.
There are plenty of doctors within the health network.

If you're looking for a great health insurance, then look no further. Tonik
Health Insurance has great benefits and is definitely worth looking into. I have
two sons who are now too old to be on my health insurance so I decided to look
for an alternative for them since they are still in college. Even though they
don't get sick often, it's always better to be covered just in case and wanted
to find something quickly. I looked at several different insurances but couldn't
decide on one and then someone told me about Tonik Health Insurance. I found out

question, they always answer it thoroughly. There are no minimum contracts, so

My kids were even able to choose their own doctor, which was a relief to them
because they wanted to make sure they would get quality care and would be
comfortable with the doctor. Anyone under 65 is eligible to apply and it only
